My Marathon:
For Those Battling Leukemia, Lymphoma, Myeloma & Hodgkin's

I wil be running a marathon as part of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Because of the devastating consequences of leukemia, lymphoma, and other blood diseases, we need to raise money, so that we no longer have to watch loved ones suffer from such terrible diseases. Although research has come a long way, 98,000 Americans are diagnosed with leukemia or a related cancer each year and 50,000 Americans are die from it each year. My goal is to reach $3600; this will not only go towards research, but also towards a patient's care. You will be able to find a picture and information about my sponsered patient at other parts of this site. I will appreciate every penny you give, and you can know that you are helping save lives!

Knowing that many of you have been through the loss of a child or loved one to these diseases, I would be honored to run for them also. If you would like to e-mail or mail me a picture and information on your loved one please do.
